Rooms
We have a number of different rooms:-
All of them face onto the Bahama grass lawn and are equipped with a double bed, which has a mosquito net as do all windows. We supply sheets, blankets and pillows with covers. There are also curtains on windows and doors. Each room also has a built in wardrobe and its own private 'shower' area. There are 3 pin square, 240 volt, electric sockets in all rooms.
We give you a padlock and key for each room, but you are welcome to use your own, if you want to. We don't supply towels. It would be good if you brought your own clothes hangers, as people seem to go home with ours! We have a few portable electric fans, but no air conditioning. We don't find it really necessary, nor healthy.
We also have 2 Apartments:
The smaller apartment has a king size bed [ seen in photo below ] with fitted net and en-suite facilities. The living room has a 3 piece suite plus a single bed doubling as a second sofa. Apartments have mosquito nets and bedding etc., as described for the other rooms.
The larger apartment has 2 double bedrooms, it's own bathroom and kitchen. The central living space could also accommodated 2 people, so this apartment can easily sleep 6 and small single beds could be provided to sleep more if needed. This living space is slightly separate from the other rooms, as it's tucked away in our back yard. It is therefore a bit secluded and an excellent place to hide away for a while. It has a partial flat roof, which has excellent views over the village and to the sea with lovely cool breezes for those occassional hot, humid days.

Groups:
Mostly we are looking after individuals and families, just like any other guest house, however we are also open to housing groups. We've had a few pass through over the years, some keep coming back. If you have a group or want to run a workshop or whatever here. Then we have present facilities to sleep about 20 people. We also have good relations with our neighbours and can find places for even more people to sleep nearby.
Contact us ASAP if you want to bring a group [ small or large ] and we will do everthing possible to help you make it a success.
Room Rates Prices:
We charge per person, not for specific rooms. Our philosophy is to give our guests our best available rooms, whenever there is some choice, i.e. not fully booked. This means if you are a couple or single, and happen to be the only guest, we will give you the small apartment. If the small apartment is already occupied, we'll give you the best room available. However, if you are willing to pay a premium to book a certain room, we will negotiate with you.
The larger apartment is for groups and larger families, but if a smaller group or family wants to book it then we will negotiate an arrangement agreeable to all.
